a. Str<strong>on</strong>g commitment of the Government of Gujarat in<br />
expediting the process of the Swachtha Guidelines in a<br />
phased manner, for the short-term phase (till December<br />
2014), medium-term phase (2014-16) and l<strong>on</strong>g-term<br />
