� Illustrate the current status of <strong>NGA</strong> roll-out of competitors (e.g. telcos or cable operators) in<br />

your country. Consider the aspects addressed in 1.1.1. and add number of <strong>NGA</strong> lines<br />

(passed/connected). Please provide figures as of June 30 2010.<br />

UPC Magyarország Kft., mainly DOCIS 2.0, own infrastructure DOCSIS 2.0: 282 574;<br />

DOCSIS 3.0: 35 691<br />

Digi Kft, FTTB, own infrastructure. 160 307.<br />

And several other smaller cable network operators DOCIS 3.0, own infrastructure by way<br />

of example ViDaNet Zrt. 1300; ParisatKft. 125.<br />

1.2.2 Announced roll-out plans<br />

� Have competitors announced roll-out plans for <strong>NGA</strong> networks? For which period? When<br />

answering this question consider the aspects addressed mentioned in 1.1.1.<br />

Invitel and other smaller fix network operators have not announced roll-out plans. Mobile 3-<br />

G country-wide coverage has reached 35-39 % by the end of 2009. This geographic<br />

coverage means mainly the urban areas. The coverage of population was 63-65 % at the<br />

end of 2009.<br />

2 Wholesale products to reach an access point<br />

Please note: the following questions relate to <strong>NGA</strong> wholesale access products as defined in<br />

ERG‟s/<strong>BEREC</strong>‟s <strong>NGA</strong> Reports only. Current generation wholesale access products are dealt<br />

with in the questionnaire of the Remedies PT monitoring ERG WLA/WBA CPs.<br />

The following sub-items should be answered for each of the following access products. Under<br />

each answer, provide information for the main operators providing these products, to the<br />

extent that information is available on access products provided by non-SMP providers:<br />

a) Available: on a voluntary/mandated basis (please provide figures (number of the<br />

respective wholesale products) as of June 30 2010)<br />

b) Product definition (main features, e.g. location of access point along the value chain).<br />

c) Included in Market X<br />
