2.1 Duct Access<br />

a) Duct Access Reference Offer to be available from December 2010 on a mandated basis<br />

due to market analysis measure from September 2010. This is only mandatory for the<br />

SMP operator A1 Telekom Austria.<br />

b) Product definition<br />

� duct access only as an ancillary service to classical unbundling,<br />

� duct access to be available in whole access network (not restricted to <strong>NGA</strong> areas),<br />

� access points at major concentration points, i.e. MDF, street cabinet, remote access<br />

unit and in-house distribution frame).<br />

c) Not included in Market 4 (Physical Access to Network Infrastructure) but used as ancillary<br />

remedy for ULL.<br />

2.2 Dark fibre<br />

a) Dark Fibre Reference Offer to be available from December 2010 on a mandated basis<br />

due to market analysis measure from September 2010. This is only mandatory for the<br />

SMP operator A1 Telekom Austria.<br />

b) Product definition<br />

� dark fibre access to be available subsidiary to duct access in whole access network<br />

(not restricted to <strong>NGA</strong> areas), i.e. dark fibre has to be made available in the case of<br />

duct access not to be available or not to be usable from a commercial point of view,<br />

� access points at major concentration points, i.e. MDF, street cabinet, remote access<br />

unit).<br />
