2.1 Duct Access
a) Duct access is mandated by the ICTA in February 2009 only at the backhaul level for the
limited aims of providing BSA, LLU and interconnection. To that end, a duct sharing
annex to the wholesale reference offers has been put into force to announce the relevant
prices, terms and conditions.
