Antes de llegar a cualquier aeropuerto de
EE.UU., deberá cumplimentar la declaración
de aduanas (formulario azul), tanto
si su destino es EE.UU. como si realiza
un tránsito a otro país. Si procede, también
deberá cumplimentar un impreso
de inmigración. Quienes quieran viajar a
EE.UU. deberán rellenar un cuestionario
en internet 72 horas antes de acceder al
avión en la página web https://esta.cbp.
dhs.gov/ y seguir rigurosamente los pasos
que se indican. La información que
aquí se suministra quedará encriptada y
será totalmente confidencial. Tendrá que
guardarse el número de referencia de la

Complete este formulario si usted:
1. No es ciudadano de EE.UU. 2. Cuenta con un visado válido para EE.UU.
3. Su destino final es EE.UU. 4. Usted se encuentra en tránsito hacia un país
fuera de EE.UU. Asegúrese de disponer del formulario correcto y de completarlo
de forma adecuada antes de llegar a EE.UU. De no ser así, podría
ocasionarle una multa y causar una importante demora a su llegada al país.

La administración para la seguridad en el transporte de los EE.UU. (TSA) implantó un programa
de seguridad llamado ‘Secure Flight’ de obligado cumplimiento, de acuerdo al artículo
49 U.S.C., apartado 114 de la Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act de 2004,
y al artículo 49 C.F.R, partes 1540 y 1560, el cual solicita a todas las compañías aéreas que
operen en los EE.UU., que faciliten al gobierno estadounidense la siguiente información de
sus pasajeros: nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento y genero, así como la información del
pasaporte. Dicha reglamentación se extiende también a los pasajeros de los vuelos que sobrevuelen
espacio aéreo de los EE.UU. En caso de no facilitar la información requerida se

U.S. CUSTOMS FORM
Regardless of their nationality, all passengers (or one person per family)
must fill out the Customs Declaration forms before arriving in the United
States.
IMMIGRATION FORMS
If you belong to one of the following categories:
a) U.S. citizen. b) Resident.
c) Canadian citizen. d) New inmigrant.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT ANY IMMIGRATION FORM
If you do not fall into one of these categories, you must complete this
following form:

1. Are a non-U.S. citizen. 2. Hold a valid U.S. visa. 3. Your final destination is
the U.S.A. 4. You are in transit to another country outside the U.S.A. Make
sure you have the right form and that you have filled it out correctly prior
to arrival in the United States. Failure to do so could result in a fine or cause
a substantial delay on arrival in the country.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) implemented a security programme
denominated “Secure Flight” which is compulsory under the authority of 49 U.S.C.
section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49
C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. Which requires all airlines operating to the US to provide
the US Government the following information from their passengers: full name, date
of birth, gender and passport information. This regulations also applies to passengers
on flights overflying US airspace. In case the required information is not provided,
may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. If
