CEBO PESCA A LOS ‘FOODIES’ MADRILEÑOS
Abrió hace solo unos meses, pero ya es el restaurante del que todo el mundo habla
en Madrid. Cebo, situado en el Hotel Urban, es una experiencia gastronómica
memorable creada por el chef Aurelio Morales. Ahora, además de contar con un
menú degustación de 18 platos, el establecimiento también ofrece la posibilidad
de comer a la carta. La calidad del producto de temporada es su gran apuesta.

everyone in Madrid talking. Cebo, located on the Hotel Urban, is
an unforgettable culinary experience created by chef Aurelio
Morales. In addition to its 18-course tasting menu, the
restaurant now also offers a selection of à la carte dishes. The
restaurant showcases the quality of seasonal products, and
many predict that it will earn a Michelin star this year.

A PIE O EN BICI, IBIZA SE MUEVE EN ABRIL
En abril, donde hay que estar es en
Ibiza. La isla se llena de posibilidades
durante el comienzo de primavera. El
día 8 se celebra el Ibiza Marathon, y en
horario vespertino para poder disfrutar
de la puesta de sol mientras se suda la
camiseta. Del 14 al 16, la cita está sobre
dos ruedas con la XVII edición de Ibiza
MTB, la vuelta a la isla en mountain
bike. Coincidiendo casi con ella, del
13 al 16, la regata de vela de crucero
Ruta de la Sal cumple en 2017 treinta
años. Por último, cerrando el mes, el
día 30 se celebra la media maratón de

The island is packed with possibilities
during the early spring. The Ibiza
Marathon is held on the afternoon of
the 8th, the perfect time to enjoy the
sunset while you sweat. From the 14th
to 16th, two wheels take over with the
XVII edition of Ibiza MTB, a mountain
bike race that circles the island. The
Ruta de la Sal regatta hits the island at
practically same time, from the 13th to
16th, celebrating its 30th anniversary
this year. Ibiza’s half marathon closes
out the month on the 30th.
