PODGÓRZE
En este barrio alzó el
régimen nazi el gueto
de Cracovia en 1941.
Miles de judíos fueron
enviados desde
aquí a los campos
de exterminio. Las
70 sillas vacías de la
Plaza de los Héroes
recuerdan ese
pasado. / It was in this
neighborhood that
the Nazis created
the Krakow Ghetto
in 1941. Thousands
of Jews were sent
to extermination
camps from here. The
70 chairs in Heroes
Square are a reminder
of this painful past.

BASÍLICA DE SANTA MARÍA
