Beyond Normal It had taken me six months of research to transfer the original equation into a working formula. I had spoken with many psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, rehab specialists, chiropractors, geneticists, nutritionists, teachers, trainers, instructors, Scientologists, Christians, Muslims, read journals and online blogs all for the purpose of understanding more about who we are. Though, not all professions or beliefs agree on the exact steps to take to improve the human condition, they all agree we have yet to see human achievement reach its 116
maximum potential throughout history and in our lifetime. What does it really take to go beyond normal? The formula, at this point, has taken us from BIRTH to NORMAL through the experiential states of the three elements of your biology, INTELLECTUAL, PHYSICAL and EMOTIONAL intelligences and has created the standards you are now living. I asked myself, what if I want to improve those standards beyond my normal? Is there another formula that could show me how? Actual there isn’t. It’s much simpler than that. You stick with the original formula, only this time you begin to prioritize and focus on what you need to achieve to reach a particular goal that you’ve set for yourself. If your goal is to create a higher standard in your life, there are FOUR STAGES you must go through to get there. 117
