Over time, Latin eventually expanded into other countries
and languages including Italian, Portuguese, Spanish,
French and Romanian which seemed to narrow the list
geographically. See Figure 1 – 69.
According to literary etymology, a common use for the
term LIFE spoken in that part of the world between 1750
and 1820 was “…a clear and visible active part of human
existence, pleasures or pursuits of the world or society.”
It became likely that the unknown author began the
equation with a description of human experience from the
time of birth throughout the duration of one’s existence.
The author also seemed to write this equation as a
statement of fact, not a solution. I wanted this equation
to be less of a definition or explanation and more of a
useful process that could give guidance to anyone that
may have become misguided.
In order to do this, I had to change the format of the
equation from an equivalency to a formula. That
involved changing LIFE, the beginning side of the original
equation to BIRTH, the beginning of a process.
By replacing the symbol of equivalency, EQUAL SIGN,
with a directional symbol of progress, or an ARROW, it
becomes a formula.
