No training. Virtually every student that has gone
through our programs has never been trained for
the physical and emotional challenges. They
begin to realize the importance of preparation to
complete a task. To achieve a goal. To become
successful in anything they wish to pursue.
No support. For those salespersons that lack
support where they work, either from their peers
or the company, they will receive full throated
support from fellow students and leaders of the
company that participate will learn the
importance of support in all its forms and how it
can make an individual improve their motivation.
It can also create much emotion.
No motivation. Much like the support aspect of
our training, motivation comes from students
and team leaders. It also comes from the rewards
we give out at our events. We recognize
individuals for their achievements in the areas of
leadership, mentorship, courage and inspiration.
These students receive beautiful medallions and
are recognized in front of their peers. We also
have other prizes that range from gift cards to flat
screen TVs.
