These programs are perfectly designed so that an average
person can be pushed to their physical and emotional
limits and yet be successful.
The point of the competition IS NOT to be the strongest
or the fastest. What matters the most, is how you deal
with the challenges that come up during the competition.
It’s at this point, that most of our students see a direct
REFLECTION of who they are and likely how they deal
with LIFE’s situations.
Many students can become emotional. They discover that
they may not be able to complete a task, but have found a
better way to deal with situations where the objective is
not reached. Other students discover, after vowing they
could never make it through the program, not only have
completed it - but excelled at a task and found a whole
