style medallions for the following categories:<br />
LEADERSHIP<br />
This medallion is given to the Team Leader of the winning<br />
team. It's this individual who demonstrates a unique<br />
ability to help their team do the right things to achieve a<br />
goal or an objective. They've set a strong direction, built<br />
an inspiring vision, and created motivation for all of their<br />
team members to synchronize. The Leadership Award is<br />
about mapping out what you need to do to "win" as a team<br />
or an organization; this individual is dynamic, exciting,<br />
and inspiring.<br />
COURAGE<br />
This medallion is given to the Participant who<br />
demonstrates the ability to overcome tremendous fear<br />
and anxiety. It's this individual who may have started<br />
with some apprehension, but ended up overcoming a very<br />
powerful natural emotional or physical limitation to<br />
achieve an objective for themselves or another<br />
Participant. This award is earned by demonstrating the<br />
conscious choice and willingness to confront<br />
perceived danger, uncertainty or intimidation while the<br />
ability to act rightly in the face of popular opposition or<br />
discouragement by others or by one's self-imposed<br />
emotions.<br />
