challenges, students learn the importance of<br />

adapting to a new environment. They learn that<br />

change can happen at any time during their<br />

career and take on many forms. When trying to<br />

achieve a simple goal of reaching the top of a<br />

climbing wall, one must be able to adapt to the<br />

challenges faced by the climber and work around<br />

them.<br />

No focus. This is one of the top reasons<br />

salespeople fail. Lack of focus. All of our physical<br />

challenges have intensity levels high enough that<br />

focus is essential. Students learn how focus can<br />

change the outcome of any situation.<br />

Also, these experiential programs require self-initiative<br />

and are a Reflective Learning Tool which shows students<br />

a direct reflection of themselves and how they would react<br />

in situations that are filled with pressure, stress and<br />

emotionally based.<br />

These situations create a level of vulnerability or fear that<br />

opens a window of growth for each student.<br />
