INSPIRATION<br />
This medallion is given to the Participant who creates<br />
tremendous inspiration for others. It's this individual<br />
who inspires others by having the ability and willingness<br />
to be selfless, creative, innovative, or just dares to be<br />
different. In doing so, it is this Participant who created<br />
change in others, whether on the same team or on an<br />
opposing team and who believed they could change the<br />
momentum of an outcome with tremendous opposition<br />
and weren’t afraid to try.<br />
MENTORSHIP<br />
This medal is given to the Participant who demonstrates<br />
leadership to another Participant or opponent by building<br />
trust and modeling positive behaviors. This awards IS<br />
NOT given to the Team Leader. This is a special award<br />
presented to a Participant who rises up unexpectedly and<br />
takes the time to guide an individual (or individuals) in<br />
helping them achieve their objectives emotionally and<br />
physically through guidance and effective teaching or<br />
instruction.<br />
By the end of the day most students have learned much<br />
about themselves. They learn new strategies to take home<br />
dealing with personal issues, sales, leadership and<br />
business culture which will guide them through various<br />
challenges and head towards a more successful LIFE.<br />
