Costing<br />
To insure the viability of the project, basic costing and potential revenue<br />
ideas needed to be outlined.<br />
With an approximate area of 4300 square metres, and at a cost of $1250 a<br />
square metre 27 the Centre would cost around five and one half million<br />
dollars. Land costs are forecast at five hundred thousand to one million<br />
dollars based on current market prices and the area that was specified.<br />
Revenue to sustain operation would come from the following areas:<br />
• Overnight and long term visitors<br />

• Short-term and drop-in visitors<br />

• The nutrition centre<br />

• The retail outlet<br />
$150,000<br />
• Lecture series, with the potential to market in-house produced video<br />
programs, ranging from Yoga sessions to Tai-Chi to discussions<br />
regarding nutrition<br />
