CREATIVE WORK CENTRE IN MIĘĆMIERZ
Pretekstem do projektu domu pracy twórczej była refleksja nad
stworzeniem przestrzeni odpowiadającej na problem codziennego
nadmiaru bodźców zewnętrznych oraz potrzeby wyciszenia.
Atmosfera ma sprzyjać poszukiwaniu wewnętrznej harmonii,
a bliskość z naturalnym środowiskiem umożliwić budowę silniejszej
relacji człowieka z naturą. Projekt jest wynikiem rozważań nad
możliwością podjęcia dialogu z tożsamością regionu, architekturą
wernakularną oraz duchem miejsca, uwzględniając współczesne
możliwości technologiczne i dzisiejsze potrzeby. Na dom pracy
twórczej składają się trzy budynki: dom - przestrzeń do wspólnego
spędzania czasu, pracownia oraz budynek z pokojami mieszkalnymi.
Kompozycja trzech kubatur jest swobodnie usytuowana
w krajobrazie. Budynek z pokojami mieszkalnymi oraz dom
usytuowane zostały w sąsiedztwie lasu, zapewniając kameralność.
Pracownia jest zlokalizowana na polanie otwierającej się na
krajobraz, wpisując w łanowy układ pól.
The idea to design the Creative Work Centre follows was borne out of
a reflection on the creation of a space that would address the daily
excess of external stimuli and the need for silence. The atmosphere is
to foster the search for inner harmony, and the closeness of the natural
environment helps strengthen the relationship between man and
nature. The project explores the possibility of engaging in dialogue
with the identity of the region, vernacular architecture and the spirit
of the place, encompassing modern technological possibilities and
the expectations of the present time. The Creative Work Centre
consists of three buildings: a house - a space for spending time
together, a studio, and a building with individual residential space.
The composition of three spaces is casually situated in the landscape.
The residential building and the Centre’s main hall are situated in
the vicinity of a forest, thus offering privacy. The studio is located on
a clearing opening onto the landscape, fitting into the field layout.
