Slow and steady wins the race
Nowadays people say,
Almost everyday,
To win what you need,
Is a lot of speed?
But I disagree;
As even in this spree,
You have to be slow;
In order to defeat your foe.
You have to be steady,
And not always ready
To jump to conclusions,
Otherwise you will surely be
The victim of confusion.
Of course! Slow and steady wins the race,
Even when many problems,
You have to face...
So there is really no need of any extra pace.
If others jeer, do not care,
Remember the story of the tortoise and hare?
Be steady, think how to drive away your fears?
Else you will surely end up in tears.
So, if you are steady and slow,
In front of you,
Even a mountain will bow.
