The painting Maternity by Stanislaw Wyspiañski shows in a symbolic
way how much happiness birth can give.
Birth is an irrefutable miracle. That there is new life - that this creature
will have his personality, that it will be tender, receive different emotions
as well as exceptionality, is a miracle. Think that it is possibly the folks'
greatest miracle in nature.
On the part of different folks it was associated with hope. Hope because
new folks are to be born. Small, innocent, without falseness and
hypocrisy which gives rise to some undefined treat of great value.
In end this is the simplest, but how beauteous joy: the joy with life which
thereon symbolises the painting of the child, the curiosity of life, the
desire of conquest of knowledge of cognition of new folks.
Understanding all the symbols, introduced thereon into the painting, it
permits him to portray the discoveries the layers of joy and hope.
