The seeker
A seeker went exploring
to find happiness and love.
He sought them in the city
and in the hills above.
He traveled many a highway,
asked many a passerby,
"Where's the path to happiness?"
And this was their reply,
"We're also on a journey
seeking just like you,
but these gifts of love and happiness
are found by very few."
Then he met a shepherd
whose countenance shone bright
"Can you tell me," asked the seeker,
"how your face took on this light?"
"It came as I stood gazing
at a Babe upon the hay.
God's gift of love and happiness
abides with us today!"

My native language
My native language is Ukrainian. It is a beautiful and harmonious
language. Ukrainian has got a long and interesting history.
In 1569 there was a Lublinska union between Poland and Latvia. The
Ukrainian culture followed the Polish. But Ukrainians were patriots. We
maintained Ukraine. The Cossacks appeared who bravely fought for
Ukraine.
Our nation made Ukraine independent (1991) and kept our language. I
think in the future Ukraine will get famous in the world and our language
will be known all over the world.
