The spelling bee competition
I remember the moments when I was competing, as a participant, in the
Spelling Bee Competition. I was feeling nervous, because I don’t have
any exposure, but I was fully supported by my dear teacher Zafar Iqbal,
who encouraged me during the time.
I had to face some strong opponents, but I trusted my Allah and I
developed a confidence in myself. I tried my best and my team scored 15
out of 30. However I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to face Sir
Zafar and my classmates.
They underestimated us and said if they were in our position, they would
do better.
