7.6.3. Programme Number
The following is displayed:
Causes:
Program/-Number
• A programme number outside the limits has been entered. The highest programme
number is 20. Refer to Programme Input.
Correction:
• This error message must first be exited by pressing the "Enter" key on the terminal,
and the correct programme number entered.
7.6.4. Hydraulics and Motors
The following is displayed:
Causes:
Hydraulic & Motors
• The hydraulic oil is too hot, or the drive motor for the hydraulic pump is overloaded.
• A motor or overload protection of the other drives or glue heater has switched off.
Correction:
• Switch on the non-active monitoring or drive component.
Exit:
• Press the "Enter" key on the terminal.
7.6.5. Advance Front
The following is displayed:
Causes:
Advance Front
• The feed advance cylinder has not reached the front limit switch (right) in
automatic mode. The timeout has expired. Possibly the end limit switch is set
incorrectly or is defect.
Correction:
• This error message must first be exited by pressing the "Enter" key on the terminal.
Then switch the machine to manual operational mode. Advance the cylinder
forwards. Correct or exchange end limit switch.
