7.6.9. Press Down<br />
The following is displayed:<br />
Causes:<br />
Press Down<br />
• The press has not reached the lower limit switch or has not left the lower limit<br />
switch in automatic mode. The timeout has expired. Possibly the end limit switch is<br />
set incorrectly or is defect.<br />
Correction:<br />
• This error message must first be exited by pressing the "Enter" key on the terminal.<br />
Then switch the machine to manual operational mode. Drive the press down.<br />
Correct or exchange end limit switch.<br />
7.6.10. Safety Shear Cutter<br />
The following is displayed:<br />
Causes:<br />
Safety Shear Cutter<br />
• An attempt was made to raise the press when the forward advance had not been<br />
<strong>complete</strong>d. Alternatively, the end limit switch S100.42 is possibly defect.<br />
Correction:<br />
• This error message must first be exited by pressing the "Enter" key on the terminal.<br />
Then advance the forward feed to the end. The press can now be raised.<br />
7.6.11. Safety Glue Unit & Press<br />
The following is displayed:<br />

Safety Glue Unit & Press<br />
• The cover over the glue unit and the press was opened while in automatic<br />
operational mode.<br />
Correction:<br />
• This error message must first be exited by pressing the "Enter" key on the terminal.<br />
Then the resetting or cleaning work can be carried out on the glue unit or press.<br />
