12.2. Preparations for disposal<br />
• Turn off the main switch and disconnect the power supply.<br />
Danger from electric current.<br />
Make sure that all electrical connections are interrupted and have been<br />
removed before starting to dismantle the machine.<br />
• Drain off and dispose of all oils and lubricants etc. from their tanks.<br />
• Dispose suitably of all mechanical and electrical components such as valves, sensors,<br />
drives etc. after disassembling them.<br />
• Disassemble electrical components from the electrics cubicle and dispose of them suitably.<br />
• Remove the lithium battery from the PLC power pack and dispose of it suitably: see<br />
separate operating instructions.<br />
