Operating Instructions BUFALO Rondofix V3.0 9.7. Adjusting the feed piston 1 2 3 Fig.41 Cylinder adjustment 1. Switch the control over to manual operation and press the "Feed advance" key till the cylinder is stroked out to the full. 2. Press the "Feed back" till the cylinder is stroked in fully. When the lock engages, the paper gripper should still tend to advance. If it travels more than 1/2 mm the clearance must be adjusted. To do this, unfasten the lock nut [1] and turn the screw out a little (not more than 1/8th of a turn) till the paper gripper no longer moves forward. Tighten the lock nut again. If the paper gripper moves backward, unfasten the lock nut and turn the screw in a little (not more than 1/8th of a turn) till the paper gripper no longer moves back.
