Operating Instructions BUFALO Rondofix V3.0 Exit: • Press the "Enter" key on the terminal. 7.6.15. Ejection The following is displayed: Causes: Ejection • A book in the delivery station has not been ejected, or the optics of the ejector control unit are not set correctly. Correction: • Remove book or readjust optics. Exit: • Press the "Enter" key on the terminal. 7.6.16. Delivery Station The following is displayed: Causes: Delivery Station • The last ejected book did not pass the control and counter sensor between the book ejector and delivery station. • The counter sensor is defect. Correction: • The book that was perhaps removed by hand should be replaced on the conveyor before the counter sensor. • Readjust the counter sensor or exchange. Exit: • Press the "Enter" key on the terminal. Indication If troubles occur frequently there may a serious defect. Light curtain The display shows: • Cause: Light grating • The light grating has been interrupted during the feed advance, stopping the feed at once and causing the above fault message. Remedy: Indication Place material in the book inset only if the green lamp above the book inset is lit. In manual operation do not reach into the book inset zone during the feed movement. Do not place material in this zone. • Take hands or material out of the light grating range. • Acknowledgement: • Press «Enter»-key on terminal, then throttle feed speed to the minimum and start procedure anew. 7.6.18. Safety ejection The display shows: Cause: Safety ejection • The cover over the ejection has been opened. Remedy: • Close the cover again. Indication No acknowledgement is necessary, but in manual operation the feed speed must be throttled down to minimum before ending the feed movement, otherwise the fault "Adjust minimum feed" will be displayed and the feed will not function. � 63 Operatings Instructions Edition 22.
