PROGRAMA DE CONTROL DE QUALITAT<br />

La ISO 9001 exigeix que es facin controls <strong>de</strong> les analítiques. Per això participa a controls interlaboratoris. L’empresa Senate ens envia mostres per fer les analítiques i fan l’estudi<br />

estadístic amb tots els resultats <strong>de</strong>ls participants. Es consi<strong>de</strong>ra acceptable l’anàlisi si el resultat està comprés dins Z+2 i Z-2. També participam al circuit d’aigües blanques, que<br />

dirigeix la Conselleria <strong>de</strong> Medi Ambient.<br />

S’ha <strong>de</strong>cidit sol·licitar una PCR real time per tal <strong>de</strong> millorar la <strong>de</strong>tecció <strong>de</strong> la legionel·la i la Listeria monocytogenes ja que la tècnica habitual dóna falsos positius.<br />
