PRESIDENTE (Peralta) - Corresponde emitir dictamen para el expediente número 777/11, proyecto de ley: Se instituye en todo el Territorio de la Provincia de Río Negro, el día 16 de septiembre de cada año como "Día de los Derechos del Estudiante Secundario", en homenaje a los estudiantes secuestrados y desaparecidos durante la dictadura militar en la ciudad de La Plata en el año 1976. Autora: María Magdalena ODARDA. Cuenta con dictamen de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos y faltan dictámenes de las Comisiones de Cultura, Educación y Comunicación Social, Asuntos Constitucionales y Legislación General y Presupuesto y Hacienda.
