Kontrolle• Zur Kontrolle die Überwurfmutter lösen undden Schneidringeinschnitt prüfen. Der aufgeworfeneBund (siehe Bild) muss deutlichsichtbar sein. Falls nicht, ist ein nochmaligesAnziehen erforderlich (Wiedermontage).• Im gelösten Zustand kann sich der Schneidringauf dem Rohrende drehen lassen DieWiedermontage der Verschraubung erfolgtmit ¼ Umdrehung.5. Check• To check the cut made by the cutting ring,loosen the nut. The raised collar on the tube(see picture) should be visible. If not, afurther tightening is necessary (reassembly).• The cutting ring can be turned on the tubewhen the nut is disconnected. The reassemblyof the coupling requires ¼ turn.6. Control• Como control, soltar la tuerca de unión y examinarel corte del anillo. El collar formadodebe verse claramente (véase figura). Finished assembly• Remove the pre-assembled tube from the preassemblystud and insert in the coupling.• Assembly is completed by a final tighteningof the nut by approx. turn.6. Montaje final• Sacar el tubo premontado del racor depremontaje e introducirlo en el racor.• Para el montaje final se aprieta aproximadamente½ vuelta la tuerca de unión.b) Drehwegsbezogene Montageohne Vormontagestutzen• Rohrvorbereitung (vgl. Punkt 1) und Einfetten(vgl. Punkt 3) wie beschrieben durchführen.• Die Montage erfolgt in einem Arbeitsschrittdurch Anziehen der Überwurfmutter mit ca.1 bis 1 Umdrehungen.• Kontrolle wie unter Punkt 5 beschriebendurchführen.Hinweis: gemäß der DIN 3859-2 wird zurVormontage von Edelstahl-Verschraubungender Einsatz eines gehärteten Vormontagewerkzeugesempfohlen.Achtung! Abweichende Anzugswegereduzieren die Nenndruckleistung und die Lebensdauerder Verschraubung. Leckagen oderandere Ausfallursachen sind die Folge.b) Direct assembly without pre-assemblystud• Prepare the tube (see point 1) and grease(see point 3) as described in the above.• Assembly is performed in one step by tighteningthe coupling nut with approx. 1 ¼ to1 ½ turns.• Check the cut as described under point 5above.Note: according DIN 3859-2 a pre-assemblytool made of hardened steel is recommendedfor pre-assembly of stainless steel couplings.Attention! Como consecuenciapueden producirse pérdidas y fallos por otrascausas.c) Montage mit VerstärkungshülsenUm Kosten und Gewicht in einer Anlageeinzusparen, werden häufig dünnwandige oderweiche, minderwertige Rohre eingesetzt.Um die Funktion der Verschraubung gewährleistenzu können, empfehlen wir den Einsatz vonEXMAR Verstärkungshülsen.Rohrabmessungen, die mit einer Verstärkungshülseversehen werden sollten, sind imAbschnitt "Rohrempfehlungen" gekennzeichnet.c) Assembly with reinforcing ringsIn order to keep the costs and weight of asystem within limits, it is common to use tubeswith thin wall-thickness or tube material with alow density.In order to achieve the guaranteed conditionswe recommend to use the EXMAR reinforcingrings.Tube sizes, where reinforcing-rings should beused are separately indicated in the section"Recommended Tubes".c) Montaje con casquillos reforzadosPara reducir costes y peso en una instalaciónse utilizan a menudo tubos de pared delgadao tubos blandos de baja calidad.Para poder garantizar la función de losracores, recomendamos utilizar casquillosreforzados EXMAR.Las medidas de tubos que deben utilizarse concasquillo reforzado se identifican en el apartado"Recomendaciones de tubos".a.5
