Bei z.B. einem Pressmass von 23mmverwenden Sie einen Backensatz von 22mm.Beim Verpressen ist darauf zu achten, dassdas von uns empfohlene Pressmaß mit einerToleranz von +/- 0,2mm eingehalten wird.• Um Ihre Verpressung zu kontrollieren, prüfenSie bitte mit Hilfe einer Schieblehre denDurchmesser der nun verpressten Fassung,mittig, in drei verschiedenen Positionen, ca.120° von einander versetzt. Diese drei Messungenmüssen dem Pressmaß mit einer Toleranzvon 0/+0,2 mm entsprechen. Falls dasPressmaß nicht erreicht wurde, erhöhen Siebitte die Einstellung Ihrer Maschine in 0,1mmSchritten, um den korrekten Durchmesser zuerreichen.Trotz empfohlenem Pressmaß ist es notwendig,den Nippeleinfall zu messen. Derkorrekte Nippeleinfall beträgt in der Regel, jeDurchmesser, zwischen 0,1 und 0,5 mm.• Mount the fitting completely over the hoseend and slide the socket over the hose untilthe stop.Grease the hose side part of the nipple withour ASW paste and then insert the nipple inthe hose end. Check, if indicated, that thegroove between the socket and the hosenipple is positioned correctly.• Please use the press jaws closest in dimension,e.g. for a press dimension of 23 mm, use22 mm jaws. When pressing, it is importantto adhere to the press dimension recommendedby us with a tolerance of +/- 0.2mm.• With the help of a slide gauge, check thediameter of the pressed socket, centred,in three different positions, approx. 120°apart. These three measurements mustcorrespond to the press dimension with nomore than 0/+0.2 mm deviation. If the pressdimension has not been realized, increasethe setting on your machine in 0.1mm incrementsuntil the correct diameter is reached.Despite the recommended press dimension,it is also necessary to measure the nippledeformation. Las tres mediciones debencorresponder a la medida de prensado,con una tolerancia de 0/+0,2 mm. Si no sealcanza la medida de prensado, aumentarel ajuste de la maquina en pasos de 0,1 mmhasta conseguir el diámetro correcto.Pese a la medida de prensado recomendada,es necesario medir el grado de compresiónde la boquilla. La compresión correcta dela boquilla suele ser de 0,1 a 0,5 mm, segúndiámetro.a.21
