Fertigmontage• Vormontiertes Rohr aus dem Vormontagestutzennehmen und in die geschmierte Verschraubungeinsetzen. Das Gewinde und derKonus des Stutzens sollen vor der Montagegeschmiert werden.• Die Fertigmontage erfolgt durch ca. ¼Umdrehung der Überwurfmutter nach demspürbaren Kraftanstieg. Den Stutzen miteinem Schraubenschlüssel gegenhalten.5. Finished assembly• Remove the pre-assembled tube from theadapter, and insert it into the greased coupling.The thread and the cone of the couplingbody should be lubricated before mounting.• The assembly is completed by approximately¼ turn of the nut after the noticeable rise ofthe needed force. Hold the coupling bodyusing a spanner.5. Montaje final• Sacar el tubo premontado del racor de premontajee introducirlo en el racor forjado. Larosca y el cono del racor deben lubricarseantes del montaje.• En el montaje final, girar la tuerca de unión¼ de vuelta después del punto en queaumenta la resistencia. Apretar la tuerca de unión marcadaaproximadamente 1 ¼ a 1 ½ vueltas.Advertencia: Según DIN 3859-2, para elpremontaje de racores de acero inoxidablese recomienda el uso de una herramienta depremontaje templada.c) Montage mit VerstärkungshülsenUm Kosten und Gewicht in einer Anlageeinzusparen, werden häufig dünnwandige oderweiche, minderwertige Rohre eingesetzt.Um die Funktion der Verschraubung gewährleistenzu können, empfehlen wir den Einsatz vonEXMAR Verstärkungshülsen.Rohrabmessungen, die mit einer Verstärkungshülseversehen werden sollten, sind imAbschnitt "Rohrempfehlungen" gekennzeichnet.Für alle Gas-Anwendungen gemäßDVGW-Zulassung sind in jedem FallVerstärkungshülsen VHS zu verwenden.c) Assembly with reinforcing ringsIn order to keep the costs and weight of asystem within limits, it is common to use tubeswith thin wall-thickness or tube material with alow density.In order to achieve the guaranteed conditionswe recommend to use the EXMAR reinforcingrings.Tube sizes, where reinforcing-rings should beused are separately indicated in the section"Recommended Tubes".For all gas applications accordingDVGW-certificate, reinforcing ringsVHS have to be used.c) Montaje con casquillos reforzadosPara reducir costes y peso en una instalaciónse utilizan a menudo tubos de pared delgadao tubos blandos de baja calidad.Para poder garantizar la función de losracores, recomendamos utilizar casquillosreforzados EXMAR.Las medidas de tubos que deben utilizarse concasquillo reforzado se identifican en el apartado"Recomendaciones de tubos".Para las aplicaciones con gas segúnhomologación DVGW deben utilizarsesiempre casquillos reforzados VHS.a.13
