Session Audio Recordings
All plenary sessions and all 48 workshop sessions (November 14th – 16th) will be audiorecorded.
A CD with all the recordings will be available for purchase (10€) at the Registration
Desk in the Main Hall by the time of the Closing Ceremony on the afternoon of November 17th.
Following the Summit, orders can be placed by writing to info@microcreditsummit.org.
List of Delegates
A list of all pre-registered delegates (delegates registered on or before November 7th, 2011 who
did not mark their desire not to be listed) is available for review and for any needed corrections
at the Registration Desk. Pre-registered delegates may note any corrections to their information
on this list. Delegates who registered after November 7th will be included in the final list of
delegates that will be available upon sending a request to info@microcreditsummit.org after the
Summit.
WiFi Café
Free WiFi access will be available in the Lunch Area as noted on the floor plan (see pages 87-88).
The WiFi access will only be available while the Summit is in session. (Note: Most area hotels
have WiFi access available to guests, either free or at a charge.)
Registration Desk
The Registration Area will be open on a regular basis throughout the Summit and is located in
Main Entry Hall Lobby. Please check the signs posted for hours of operation.
Medical Assistance
Emergencies: All medical emergencies should be reported immediately to security personnel,
the Summit Secretariat, the Registration Desk in the Main Hall, or a Microcredit Summit staff
member.
Non-Emergency Medical Assistance: Please check the listing of local medical facilities found at
the Information Desk.
Tourist Information
Tourism information can be found at the booths for the local government (Ayuntamiento)
of Valladolid and the regional government (Junta) of Castilla y León in the Main Hall. Here,
delegates can also find assistance with general information about Valladolid, including area
maps, restaurant listings, and other amenities and services.
Evaluation Forms
A Summit Evaluation Form is included in your Registration Bag. At the end of each session, you
will be asked to complete an evaluation of that session. Please do so as your feedback, both on
content and logistics, is very valuable to us when we plan future meetings.
NOTE! All those who submit a complete Summit Evaluation Form will be entered into a
drawing for a free registration to the next Summit in your region. The first prize winner will
receive two registrations, and the runner-up will win one registration. The winners will be
announced in a Microcredit Summit Campaign e-Blast a few weeks after the Summit.
Summit Evaluation Forms and Day-long Course Evaluation Forms will be collected at the
Closing Ceremony. If you do not plan to attend the Closing Ceremony, please drop off your
evaluation at the Registration Desk in the Main Hall before you leave the Summit.
Security/Lost Items
All personal property remains the sole responsibility of the delegate. Please take care with your
personal belongings and keep them with you at all times. Due to the security surrounding the
Summit, unattended bags may be confiscated and/or checked by on-site security personnel.
Please wear your ID badge at all times as it is required for admission to all Summit-sponsored
events.
