Session Audio Recordings<br />

All plenary sessions and all 48 workshop sessions (November 14th – 16th) will be audiorecorded.<br />

A CD with all the recordings will be available for purchase (10€) at the Registration<br />

Desk in the Main Hall by the time of the Closing Ceremony on the afternoon of November 17th.<br />

Following the <strong>Summit</strong>, orders can be placed by writing to info@microcreditsummit.org.<br />

List of Delegates<br />

A list of all pre-registered delegates (delegates registered on or before November 7th, <strong>2011</strong> who<br />

did not mark their desire not to be listed) is available for review and for any needed corrections<br />

at the Registration Desk. Pre-registered delegates may note any corrections to their information<br />

on this list. Delegates who registered after November 7th will be included in the final list of<br />

delegates that will be available upon sending a request to info@microcreditsummit.org after the<br />

<strong>Summit</strong>.<br />

WiFi Café<br />

Free WiFi access will be available in the Lunch Area as noted on the floor plan (see pages 87-88).<br />

The WiFi access will only be available while the <strong>Summit</strong> is in session. (Note: Most area hotels<br />

have WiFi access available to guests, either free or at a charge.)<br />

Registration Desk<br />

The Registration Area will be open on a regular basis throughout the <strong>Summit</strong> and is located in<br />

Main Entry Hall Lobby. Please check the signs posted for hours of operation.<br />

Medical Assistance<br />

Emergencies: All medical emergencies should be reported immediately to security personnel,<br />

the <strong>Summit</strong> Secretariat, the Registration Desk in the Main Hall, or a <strong>Microcredit</strong> <strong>Summit</strong> staff<br />

member.<br />

Non-Emergency Medical Assistance: Please check the listing of local medical facilities found at<br />

the Information Desk.<br />

Tourist Information<br />

Tourism information can be found at the booths for the local government (Ayuntamiento)<br />

of Valladolid and the regional government (Junta) of Castilla y León in the Main Hall. Here,<br />

delegates can also find assistance with general information about Valladolid, including area<br />

maps, restaurant listings, and other amenities and services.<br />

Evaluation Forms<br />

A <strong>Summit</strong> Evaluation Form is included in your Registration Bag. At the end of each session, you<br />

will be asked to complete an evaluation of that session. Please do so as your feedback, both on<br />

content and logistics, is very valuable to us when we plan future meetings.<br />

NOTE! All those who submit a complete <strong>Summit</strong> Evaluation Form will be entered into a<br />

drawing for a free registration to the next <strong>Summit</strong> in your region. The first prize winner will<br />

receive two registrations, and the runner-up will win one registration. The winners will be<br />

announced in a <strong>Microcredit</strong> <strong>Summit</strong> Campaign e-Blast a few weeks after the <strong>Summit</strong>.<br />

<strong>Summit</strong> Evaluation Forms and Day-long Course Evaluation Forms will be collected at the<br />

Closing Ceremony. If you do not plan to attend the Closing Ceremony, please drop off your<br />

evaluation at the Registration Desk in the Main Hall before you leave the <strong>Summit</strong>.<br />

Security/Lost Items<br />

All personal property remains the sole responsibility of the delegate. Please take care with your<br />

personal belongings and keep them with you at all times. Due to the security surrounding the<br />

<strong>Summit</strong>, unattended bags may be confiscated and/or checked by on-site security personnel.<br />

Please wear your ID badge at all times as it is required for admission to all <strong>Summit</strong>-sponsored<br />

events.<br />
