Distribution hypergéométrique • Si l’échantillon est exhaustif, on ne peut pas utiliser la distribution binomiale car les épreuves ne sont pas indépendantes. Il faut alors prendre la distribution hypergéométrique: P( x) = ( X )( N − X ) x n− x ( N ) n • N et X se réfèrent à la population et n, x à l’échantillon • On a µ=np et σ 2 = npq(N-n)/(N-1).
