Reintegration Potential
70. The Reintegration Potential of male non-
Aboriginal offenders is automatically calculated
by OMS using the offender’s individual scores on
the Custody Rating Scale (CRS), General
Statistical Information on Recidivism (GSIR) and
the Static Factor Rating.
71. The Reintegration Potential of women offenders
and Aboriginal offenders is automatically
calculated by OMS using the offender’s
individual scores on the Custody Rating Scale,
Dynamic Factor Rating and Static Factor Rating.
72. Sentence planning will be linked to the offender’s
Reintegration Potential rating by using the
guidelines in Annex G.
Level of Motivation
73. Determine a level of motivation, taking into
account all information gathered and analysis
conducted during the Intake Assessment
process. Motivation is evaluated against the
criteria identified in Annex B, Correctional Plan
Content Guidelines. Each criterion must be
addressed within the narrative of the
Correctional Plan.
74. A classification of “LOW”, “MEDIUM” or “HIGH”
can be assigned according to the following
guidelines:
a. HIGH – offender is self-motivated, will actively
address problem areas;

Potentiel de réinsertion sociale
70. Le potentiel de réinsertion sociale des délinquants
non autochtones de sexe masculin est calculé
automatiquement au SGD à partir des scores
individuels du délinquant à l’Échelle de classement
par niveau de sécurité, à l’Échelle d’ISR et à
l’analyse des facteurs statiques.
71. Le potentiel de réinsertion sociale des délinquantes
et des délinquants autochtones des deux sexes est
calculé automatiquement au SGD à partir des
scores individuels du délinquant ou de la
délinquante à l’Échelle de classement par niveau de
sécurité, à l’analyse des facteurs dynamiques et à
l’analyse des facteurs statiques.
72. La planification de la peine sera liée au potentiel de
réinsertion sociale du délinquant en suivant les
lignes directrices présentées à l'annexe G.
Niveau de motivation
73. Le niveau de motivation du délinquant est établi en
se fondant sur tous les renseignements recueillis et
toutes les analyses effectuées pendant l'évaluation
initiale. La motivation est mesurée en fonction des
critères décrits à l’annexe B, Lignes directrices sur
le contenu du Plan correctionnel. Il faut traiter de
chacun des critères dans le texte du Plan
correctionnel.
74. Le niveau de motivation est coté « FAIBLE »,
« MOYEN » ou « ÉLEVÉ » en conformité avec les
lignes directrices suivantes :
a. ÉLEVÉ – le délinquant est très motivé de par
lui-même et s’attaquera activement à ses
problèmes;
