Educational software and buil<strong>di</strong>ng management tool that integrates indoor air<br />

quality (IAQ), energy efficiency and buil<strong>di</strong>ng economic concepts. I-BEAM provides<br />

comprehensive guidance for managing and assessing IAQ in offices, schools,<br />

universities and various public and institutional facilities.<br />

I-BEAM features easy-to-read and informative text and animations. This<br />

material brings together information from a variety of expert sources in a style that is<br />

crisp, to the point, and action-oriented. I-BEAM also offers estimation modules that<br />

are designed for planning IAQ activities, calculating and recor<strong>di</strong>ng IAQ-related expenses, estimating their<br />

impact on revenues and productivity, and developing reports. Forms and checklists are provided for buil<strong>di</strong>ng<br />

au<strong>di</strong>t, daily and perio<strong>di</strong>c maintenance, <strong>di</strong>agnosing and solving problems, and managing for IAQ. Users may<br />

access and print educational text and forms in PDF, or as word processing documents.<br />
