STEAK, CHIPS AND SALAD, GUNYAH STYLE<br />

750g Certified Australian Angus Rump<br />

sea salt<br />

50g butter<br />

1/2 tablespoon garlic<br />

1 tablespoon mixed fresh chives, dill,<br />

basil, capsicum<br />

crispy chunky steak fries<br />

8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half<br />

1/4 telegraph cucumber, sliced<br />

1/4 Spanish onion, finely sliced<br />

1/2 red capsicum<br />

1/2 green capsicum<br />

20ml balsamic vinegar<br />

200ml olive oil<br />

Preheat chargrill and season Angus rump, cook to your liking.<br />

Toss together all the salad ingredients. Combine the balsamic vinegar<br />

and olive and drizzle over salad.<br />

Serve with piping hot fries.<br />
