Reinigungsmittel, die nach
strengen ökologischen Richtlinien hergestellt
werden und zum Großteil abbaubar
sind. In diesem Jahr werden zum ersten
Mal die Reinigungsmittel der Firma
„Almacabio“benutzt. Deren Produkte sind
ökologisch abbaubar und bilden somit keine
zusätzliche Belastung für die Umwelt. Auf
die Verwendung von Hygieneprodukten
(Servietten, Toilettenpapier) aus Recyclingpapier
wird geachtet, da dessen Herstellung
weniger Rohstoffe, Energie und
Wasser verbraucht.
Abfall
Die Vermeidung von Müll spielt eine
wichtige Rolle bei Green Events. Bei der
Summa13 werden deshalb vorwiegend
Mehrwegartikel verwendet. Bereits im
Vorfeld wird versucht, das Entstehen von
Abfall so weit wie möglich zu verhindern.
Im Sinne des Veranstalters werden bei der
Summa13 alle Winzer und Ständebetreiber
vermehrt dazu aufgefordert, die

che richiede un minore impiego di materie
prime, energia e acqua nel processo
produttivo.
Rifiuti
Evitare di produrre rifiuti è di fondamentale
importanza in un Green Event. Per
questa ragione, alla Summa13 vengono
utilizzati per di più articoli multi-uso.
Durante la pianificazione dell’evento si è
cercato di evitare la produzione di rifiuti
a monte. Tutti i viticoltori ed espositori
presenti sono stati incoraggiati ad effettuare
la raccolta differenziata in maniera
consapevole ed accurata.

Waste

part in a Green Event. At Summa13,
reusable items are being used, where
possible. The organisers have tried to
avoid waste during all stages of the preparation
and implementation of the event.
All wine producers and exhibitors at the
event have been encouraged to carefully
carry out waste separation. Glass, paper/
cardboard, cork and biowaste
are properly removed
and recycled.
