The first 9 Stars ® Club Riviera is situated in France’s renowned
Terre Blanche Domain, which was awarded 2013 Best European
Resort Golf and Spa. 203 selected members will join one of the
world’s most exclusive member clubs. The recently finalized
9 Stars ® Club Morocco is just located outside the gates of

The 9 Stars ® Club at Terre Blanche offers a top package of
supercars, yachts, aircrafts and golf. The resort boasts 33
supercars, nine yachts, three private jets and one helicopter,
two internationally renowned golf courses, a clubhouse and a
private spa.

9 Stars ® Club is a luxury real estate brand, aiming to
create a world of luxury and passion. Its “nine-star” service
package consisting of one five-star hotel, a spa and four
services, including supercars, private jets, luxurious yachts
and golf, was launched in Paris on
December 12, 2013.
This is a private club managed and operated by a nonprofit
association, and it is not open to the public. The
form of “fractional ownership” entitles the club members
to automatically become the shareholders a “holding club”
and co-proprietors of a “package of high-end services”.
The shares may be resold with capital gains at any time.
In addition to 5-star services, each 9 Stars ® Club offers
year-round events at cost, a network of high net worth
individuals (HNWI) and concierge services.

Ideal Management
The “Holding Club" completely owns the real estate and shares
under its name. The members have shares in the company and
are the co-owners of the assets. This new form of ownership
and management allows the club members to be able to have an
unlimited enjoyment of these assets for a fraction of the price.
