Die Entwicklung und Zusammensetzung der Sachanlagen ist unter Punkt (41) (Anlagenspiegel) dargestellt.
Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände werden im Anlagenspiegel im Jahr der Anschaffung als Zu- und
Abgang gezeigt. Im Bilanzwert der im Konzern genutzten Grundstücke und Gebäude ist ein Grundwert
von EUR 8 Mio. (2007: EUR 8 Mio.) enthalten. Der Erhöhung des Bilanzwertes der fremdgenutzten Grundstücke
und Gebäude von EUR 2 Mio. auf EUR 99 Mio. resultiert aus der Neueinbeziehung eines Entwicklungsprojektes
in Polen. Die Differenz zwischen Marktwert und Buchwert in den Einzelbilanzen aller fremdgenutzten
Grundstücke und Gebäude beträgt EUR 45 Mio. (2007: EUR 0 Mio.).

The development and composition of property and equipment is presented under Note (41) (Schedule
of fixed asset transactions). Low-value assets are entered in the schedule of fixed asset transactions as
additions and disposals in the year of acquisition. The balance sheet item of land and buildings used by
the Group includes a land value of EUR 8 m (2007: EUR 8 m). The rise in the reported value of land and
buildings used by third parties from EUR 2 m to EUR 99 m is the result of a development project in
Poland being included for the first time.The difference between the fair value and the book value in the
items in the individual balance sheets which cover all land and buildings used by third parties comes to
EUR 45 m (2007: EUR 0 m).
