F34 Sleeve mit Stahlinlets<br />
Ein neues Produkt speziell für den Bühnenbau! Erstmals<br />
ist es möglich, die Traverse an unterschiedlichen<br />
Punkten anzuschlagen.<br />
Dies ist besonders im Bühnen- oder Messebau von<br />
Vorteil, da hier endlich keine Kanten mehr entstehen.<br />
Mann kann die Fittings für mittige-, rechtsoder<br />
linksbündige Montage anbringen.<br />
Aus Gewichtsgründen wurde ein neues Produktionsverfahren<br />
entwickelt: in dem neuartigen<br />
Aluminiumsleeve befinden sich an den statisch<br />
relevanten Positionen verschraubte Stahlinlets<br />
mit Fixierpunkt für die Fittings.<br />
Der Sleeve CA-3 - ein Produkt mit den Eigenschaften<br />
eines Stahlsleeves und dem Gewicht eines<br />
Alu-sleeves.<br />
Die zulässige Last bei Aufhängung am ungünstigsten<br />
Punkt in der Mitte des Obergurts beträgt<br />
P = <strong>14</strong>50 kg .<br />
In Einzelfällen (bei Anschluss an zwei, drei bzw. vier<br />
Seiten) kann die zulässige Gesamtbelastung, die<br />
hochgezogen werden darf, erhöht werden (z.B. für<br />
den gleichmäßig belasteten 4-seitigen Anschluss<br />
auf bis zu 3360 kg)<br />
The sleeve CA-3 is a new generation of sleeve blocks<br />
which has been specially developed for roof constructions.<br />
For the first time it is possible to mount the truss<br />
on different spots.<br />
This is especially an advantage when building roofs<br />
or stands because there are no more edges. The fittings<br />
can be applied centrally, left or rightjustified.<br />
For weight reasons a new production method was<br />
developed: within the aluminum sleeve there are on<br />
all relevant static points screwed together steel inlets<br />
with fixing points for the fittings.<br />
It is now possible to create a product with the features<br />
of a steel sleeve and the weight of an aluminum<br />
sleeve. The permitted load when choosing the most<br />
unfavorable location of the top chord is P = <strong>14</strong>50 kg.<br />
In some cased (if connected on two, three or four<br />
sides) the permitted total load which has be lifted<br />
can be increased (e.g. if equally loaded on four sides<br />
up to 3360 kg)<br />
