Authentic 200W LED
Der SquareLED Authentic 200 ist mit einer 200W LED ausgestattet,
die eine Betriebsdauer von ca. 50.000 Stunden aufweist. Die
Ansteuerung erfolgt direkt am Gerät oder per DMX. Der Abstrahlwinkel
lässt sich manuell mittels einer Spindel stufenlos von 10° bis
60° verstellen.
Der SquareLED Authentic 200 zeigt im Vergleich zu einer konventionellen
1KW Halogen Version seine wahren Werte: im Abstrahlbereich
von 10° erreicht er spielend leicht die Helligkeit eines 800 Watt
Halogen Scheinwerfers.
Bei größerem Abstrahlwinkel (ab 40°), nähert er sich immer weiter an
die Leistung eines 1KW Spots an. Das Lichtbild ist dank der 190mm
großen, speziell entwickelten Fresnellinse sehr homogen.
Das Gerät regelt sich zwischen 40°C und 45°C (Gehäusetemperatur)
mittels zwei sensorgesteuerten, kaum hörbaren Lüftern (38,2 dbA
bei 1m Abstand). Die Dimmerkurve ist - mittels spezieller Software
- einem konventionellen Halogenscheinwerfer nachempfunden, was
beim Mischen von LED- mit Halogenscheinwerfern äußerst wichtig ist.
Die Vorteile liegen klar auf der Hand: Eine Lebensdauer von ca. 50.000
Betriebsstunden kann kein anderes Leuchtmittel aufweisen.
Rechenexempel: CP70 = 200 h = ca. 12,00 Euro VK netto (Um eine
Lebensdauer von ca. 50.000 Betriebsstunden zu erreichen sind 250
Leuchtmittelwechsel nötig = 3.000,-Euro VK netto)
Die 70-80% Stromersparnis wurden bei diesem Beispiel nicht einmal
berücksichtigt. Die Stromaufnahme und das Gewicht zu vergleichbaren
konventionellen Scheinwerfern sind deutlich geringer. Schwere
Dimmer und Lastkabel werden komplett überflüssig = weitere
Kostenersparnis.
Durch das perfekte Wärmemanagement dieses LED Scheinwerfers
gehören Hitzeprobleme in Fernsehstudios der Vergangenheit an. Der
SquareLED Authentic 200 ist somit die richtige Wahl für jeden professionellen
Anwender der bereit ist, mit einer höheren Einstiegsinvestition
seinen Beitrag zum Klimaschutz beizutragen und dabei langfristig
Ressourcen, Geld und Arbeitskraft zu sparen.
The SquareLED Authentic 200 is equipped with a 200W LED module,
which has a running time of ca. 50,000 hours. It can be controlled directly
on the device or via DMX512. The beam angle can be adjusted manually
by using a spindle, steplessly from 10° to 60°.
Comparing the SquareLED Authentic 200 to a conventional halogen
spotlight the unit showsits true values: In a beam angle of 10 ° the
unit achieves with ease the brightness of a 800 watt halogen luminaire.
With a wider beam angle (40 °) it approaches the performance of a 1KW
spot and thanks to the 190mm wide, specially developed, Fresnel lens
the beam is very homogeneous. The unit operates between 40° C and
45° C (body temperature) using two sensor-controlled and very quiet
fans (38.2 dBA at 1m distance).
By using special software, the dimming curve is patterned to the dimming
curve of a conventional halogen lamp, which is extremely important
when mixing LED spotlights with conventional halogen spotlights.
The advantages are obvious: a lifetime of ca. 50,000 hours which no halogen
light source can offer. Sample calculation: CP70 = 200 h = around
12.00 € net end user price (In order to achieve a life of 50,000 hours 250
pieces of replacement lamps necessary = 3000.00 € net end user price)
In this example the 70-80% power savings are still not considered.
Compared to conventional lights the power consumption and weight
are much lower. Heavy dimmer and multicore cables are not needed =
more costs saving.
Because of the perfect thermal management of this LED luminaire, the
matter of heat problems in television studios are a thing of the past.
The SquareLED Authentic 200 is the right choice for any professional user
who is ready to contribute at a higher initial investment, but understands
that in the long term they will save resources, money and manpower
as well as contribute to energy saving and helping the environment.
