Um derartige informelle Beobachtungenmit quantitativen Daten zu stützen, wurde eine Internet-Umfrage mit Personen durchgeführt, die in ihrem Beruf Telefonkonferenzendurchführen. Teilnehmer wurden nach ihren Erfahrungen bezüglichBeeinträchtigungen und positive Aspekten von Telefonkonferenzen befragt,wobei sowohl die wahrgenommene Qualität als auch kommunikativeAspekte angesprochen wurden.
