INGREDIENTS<br />
Boiled potatoes...3-4 medium sized Chopped ginger 1 tblspn<br />
Boiled green peas 3 /4Cup Chaat masala 1 tspn<br />
Spinach 100 gms Salt as per taste<br />
Chopped green chillies 1 tblspn Cornflour (cornstarch) ...2 tblspns<br />
Chopped green coriander..2 tblspns Oil for deep frying<br />
METHOD OF PREPARATION<br />
X Peel and grate boiled potatoes.<br />
12, Mash boiled green peas.<br />
25 Blanch spinach leaves in plenty <strong>of</strong> salted boiling water, refresh in<br />
cold water and squeeze out excess water. Finely chop.<br />
4 Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach. Add chopped green chillies,<br />
chopped green coriander, chopped ginger, chaat masala and salt. Add<br />
cornflour for binding.<br />
E> Divide the mixture into twenty five equal portions. Shape each portion<br />
into a ball and then press it in between your palms to give it a flat tikki<br />
shape.<br />
