INGREDIENTS<br />
...2 cups Water ..<br />
...1 tspn Oil<br />
1 tblspn<br />
METHOD OF PREPARATION<br />
1 cup approximately<br />
for deep frying<br />
X Sieve flour with salt. Add ghee and make a s<strong>of</strong>t dough with water. Keep<br />
covered with a moist cloth for half an hour.<br />
Divide into twenty equal parts and make small balls.<br />
3 Roll into 3" diameter discs.<br />
4 Heat oil in a kadai and fry the luchis till well puffed and cream coloured.<br />
5 Serve hot with dal or any curry <strong>of</strong> your choice.
