INGREDIENTS<br />
Whole wheat flour (citta) 1 l A cups Steamed rice 1 cup<br />
Salt 1 tspn Red chilli powder Vi tspn<br />
Yogurt Vi cup Cumin powder x h tspn<br />
Ghee 2 tblspns Green chillies 2<br />
Onion 1 medium sized Oil to cook parantha<br />
METHOD OF PREPARATION<br />
1 Sieve whole wheat flour along with salt. Make a s<strong>of</strong>t dough with yogurt,<br />
two tablespoons ghee and half cup <strong>of</strong> water. Cover with a moist cloth<br />
and set aside for half an hour.<br />
12- Knead again and divide into four equal parts. Make balls and press<br />
between palms <strong>of</strong> your hand to make pedhas.<br />
3 Peel and chop onion finely. Wash and chop green chillies.<br />
4 Mix cooked rice with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chopped green<br />
chillies, chopped onions and salt.<br />
£5 Roll out each pedha into 3" diameter disc.<br />
