Very stony spot A spot where 0.1 to 3.0 percent <strong>of</strong> the surface cover is rock<br />

fragments that are more than 10 inches in diameter in areas where<br />

the surface cover <strong>of</strong> the surrounding soil is less than 0.01 percent<br />

stones. Typically 0.2 acre to 2.0 acres.<br />

Wet depression A shallow, concave area within an area <strong>of</strong> poorly drained or very<br />

poorly drained soils in which water is ponded for intermittent<br />

periods. The concave area is saturated for appreciably longer periods<br />

<strong>of</strong> time than the surrounding soil. Typically 0.2 acre to 2.0 acres.<br />

Wet spot A somewhat poorly drained to very poorly drained area that is at<br />

least two drainage classes wetter than the named soils in the<br />

surrounding map unit. Typically 0.2 acres to 2.0 acres.<br />
