THE FINAL VISION<br />

Ma<strong>in</strong> Theme: This f<strong>in</strong>al chapter br<strong>in</strong>gs toge<strong>the</strong>r all <strong>the</strong> body and world to ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> ego's separate<br />

<strong>the</strong> major <strong>the</strong>mes <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Course</strong>. The predom<strong>in</strong>ant special existence.<br />

<strong>the</strong>me is <strong>of</strong> our choos<strong>in</strong>g to seek <strong>the</strong> guidance <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Holy Spirit and identify with Him.<br />

When we are identified with <strong>the</strong> body we see <strong>the</strong><br />

world as <strong>the</strong> source <strong>of</strong> peace, love and salvati<strong>on</strong>; and<br />

Introducti<strong>on</strong>: At <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Text</strong> are <strong>the</strong> words, we live our lives struggl<strong>in</strong>g to c<strong>on</strong>trol and<br />

Beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g is when we realize our mistake <strong>in</strong><br />

identify<strong>in</strong>g with <strong>the</strong> ego and we choose aga<strong>in</strong> for <strong>the</strong> In <strong>the</strong> world we made, all roads to happ<strong>in</strong>ess lead to<br />

Holy Spirit <strong>in</strong>stead. The journey beg<strong>in</strong>s and ends <strong>in</strong> suffer<strong>in</strong>g and death.<br />

<strong>the</strong> m<strong>in</strong>d <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> S<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> God as <strong>the</strong> decisi<strong>on</strong> maker. It<br />

The first face is <strong>the</strong> face <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>nocence. I am an<br />

from God <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> m<strong>in</strong>d. The secret dream <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>nocent and <strong>the</strong> world is s<strong>in</strong>ful and guilty. As a<br />

separati<strong>on</strong> is <strong>the</strong> orig<strong>in</strong>al s<strong>in</strong> which evokes guilt and victim we ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> our special selfish murderous<br />

fear <strong>of</strong> God's revenge. The sec<strong>on</strong>d part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ego's self, and blame everybody else for it.<br />

Wholeness and salvati<strong>on</strong> are <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> m<strong>in</strong>d <strong>on</strong>ly. The<br />

ego wants to keep us out <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> m<strong>in</strong>d, identified with<br />

depressed; until we choose aga<strong>in</strong>.
