We are to <strong>of</strong>fer all <strong>of</strong> our dark thoughts, feel<strong>in</strong>gs and<br />
experiences to <strong>the</strong> light <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Holy Spirit for<br />
forgiveness. We are to ask Jesus or <strong>the</strong> Holy Spirit to<br />
help us look at all our s<strong>in</strong>, guilt and hate, and let go<br />
<strong>of</strong> all our grievances.<br />
•<br />
More and more we experience <strong>the</strong> peace and joy <strong>of</strong><br />
forgiveness as our natural state.<br />
•<br />
We all share <strong>the</strong> same <strong>in</strong>sane thought system <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
ego, and <strong>the</strong> same sanity <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Holy Spirit.<br />
