Chapter 8 Getting Help This chapter describes how to obtain information about Prismi and Connection Machine commands, languages, and libraries. To learn: * How to obtain help about Prism, see Section 8.1. * How to obtain CM on-line documentation, see Section 8.2. * How to send electronic mail about Prism, see Section 8.3. .A;* How to join the Prism mailing list, see Section 8.4. 8.1 Getting Help There are several ways in which you can get help in Prism: * The Help menu in the menu bar provides help an several major topics. It includes the Help Index, which gives in-depth information about all aspects of Prism. * The Help selection in menus and the Help button in windows and dialog boxes provide instructions for using these screen areas. * Command-line help provides information about commands you can issue from the command window.
