from the visions and hopes of the sanctified.
That this book may, in some small degree,
assist in bringing the Re-union movement
before some who, as yet, have taken no part in
promoting it,
in order to enlist more in the
pious work of praying for Peace and Unity,
and so of bringing "joy
to the nations,"
is
the earnest desire of the writer of these lines,
who humbly commends it to the blessing of
ALMIGHTY GOD, and to the charity of the
faithful.
