In the dilution Plate method three replicate dilution series were set up from material frcm one mound on SF medium Plates, 5 plates were prepared for each material and replication* (For more details of the dilution plate method see 5.1.4. ) Results are shown In Table 5.2-7. Results The results are given in Tables 5*2.6 1 191.
